Every single service is scoped individually. Any deliverables outside of the signed agreement are treated as design iterations or add-ons and invoiced separately.
Projects operate under a transparent flat-fee model or retainer system depending on the scope. Projects initiate with a 20% deposit, followed by a 40% mid-way payment, and a final 40% due right before live files deployment and handover.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable once strategy research has commenced.
Successful projects require timely feedback. Clients agree to provide assets, copy drafts, guidelines, and design approvals within a reasonable window. Delays in communication may shift targets or launch dates.
Upon final project payment clearance, full ownership rights of all design source files, custom code architectures, asset files, and site licenses are transferred directly to the client. Growthnology retains the right to display the design in online agency portfolios.
